You will receive an email with all the relevant details as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following working day.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that this becomes difficult to do once the order has been dispatched.

It is unusual for items to arrive late, however, if your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please send us an email with the order details. We will contact the courier in order to resolve the issue. Quite often, the courier has attempted a delivery but failed to leave a card.

If you wish to return an item then please send us an email explaining why you would like to return the item. We will then send you instructions on how and where to return the items.
Please note that not all items are returnable, and those that are must be in a new, sealed and unused condition, purchased within the last 30 days. For more details, please refer to our returns and refunds policy.

If the items are delivered in a damaged container, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If the items from your order are damaged, please email us with your order number as well as details of what was damaged. We will then make every reasonable effort to replace the affected goods as soon as possible.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
